1. Discovery Call ( New Patients)
Free
15 minutes
Book this slot if you are thinking about booking a consultation and want to find out more information about what Vital Roots Healing can support with. Please note that I will not be able to asses health issues or offer prescriptions in this length of time.
3. Existing Patient Consultation
$145
40 - 50 minutes
If you are an existing patient, that I have seen in the last year please book this appointment for any new or ongoing health concerns. If I have not seen in you in the last year, please book a First Consultation as I will need a little more time to speak with you about your recent health.
4. Child’s Consultation
$125
30 - 40 minutes
Children’s consultations are shorter and priced lower because their cases are usually simpler. With less history to cover and fewer details to express, we don’t need as long together, and the remedy selection afterwards usually takes less time compared to adults. For these reasons I am able to keep sessions aligned with a more child-friendly attention span, as well as keep them affordable for families while still providing the same attentive care.
5. Mother & Baby Consultation
$210
50 minutes - 1 Hour
This service is for mothers and babies or young children. In those early days, the bond between us and our little ones is so strong that treating you together can be especially supportive. After the appointment, both you and your little one will receive a prescription, making it a nurturing and cost-effective option for busy mums.
6. Family Consultation
$425
1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours
This service is for families of up to four. Many physical and emotional patterns run through generations, and working together as a family can bring deeper healing. After the session, each member will receive a tailored prescription, designed to address both individual needs and shared imbalances, supporting your family’s journey towards lasting wellbeing.
7. Phone Check-in
$75
20 minutes (Fixed)
This service is ideal for quick advice on simple acute issues such as coughs, colds, hay fever, insect bites, or minor injuries. It’s also a good choice if you have specific questions or concerns about your ongoing treatment plan but don’t need a full 40-minute consultation.
Please note: new patients will always need to book a full first consultation, so I can take the time to understand your medical history in detail.

If you are genuinely struggling financially, I still want to make my services available to you so please don’t hesitate to email camilla@vitalrootshealing.com.
I always hold a small number of spaces for those who truly cannot afford full fees but wish to treat themselves or their family naturally. If this is you, I would love to support you on a case-by-case basis.
Please use this mindfully, discounted spaces are limited, and I ask that you only request this if you are truly in need, so that these spots remain available for those who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access care.
